Digital Factory congratulates SHARP Corporation for their outstanding I3 Immersive Video Wall at CES 2011.
Consisting of sixty-four (64) SHARP PN-V601 Displays mounted in a cube format, the Wall provides a unique viewing experience and drew large crowds to their booth.
Digital Factory provided PerfectAlign Tile Matrix ladder mounts to insure every display was perfectly aligned in all dimensions. Elements of Las Vegas provided the structure and installation.
The SHARP PN-V601 60" narrow bezel displays were mounted in the floor, walls and ceilings. The final result speaks for itself!

When in the Bay Area, check out this 4x4 frosted glass panel enclosed Video Wall in the lobby of the San Francisco Federal Building at 90 Seventh Street.
Precise display mounting on a masonary wall was accomplished using Digital Factory PerfectAlign™. The sixteen displays were then enclosed utilizing stainless steel glass standoffs.
The enclosure features a hidden door permitting access to the rear of the displays without adding significant depth. Our client loves how the final result compliments the interior building décor.
We're understandably proud of how this one came out!
Another recent installation success...
I just wanted to let you know that we received and installed the frame (several weeks ago...I've been busy) and that everything went exceptionally smoothly. The enclosure was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Everything about it -- the appearance, the design, the construction, the fit, the finishing, the packaging -- was top-notch. I appreciated the terrific service, as did my customer.
The complete installation with the touchscreen display works great and looks terrific, and I am hoping to repeat this experience with similar projects in the future. Thanks again for all your help.

Here's what Kell's install looks like - a custom Digital Factory touch-enabled interactive building directory enclosure crafted in beautiful stainless steel and mounted on a solid brick wall.
Digital Factory's stainless work is superb - notice the hand finished seamless welded corners. No unsightly misaligned 45 degree picture frame corners on this display. It looks like the entire enclosure is cut out of a solid block of metal.
Any building manager would be proud to have this display in their lobby.
You are not limited to any particular display size as our wall enclosures and menu boards are custom built to order. Options include an IR window (visible below in the lower left hand corner - eliminated when you intend to control the display via RS-232) and many architectural "brushed" finishes. Clear acrylic anti-glare or optically coated glass is also available to protect your display against finger pokes, thrown liquid damage or a more determined vandal.
Digital Factory creates display enclosures to match existing stainless steel found on elevators and building trim or you can chose between brass, copper, bronze, pewter, silver nickel, and iron with your choice of patina and verdi finishes. Less expensive powder coating in many colors is also available.
