Digital Factory bezels are designed to slip over the outside of an LCD or plasma to enhance and protect your professional display investment. Accessories such as clear screen protection, rear cover, and access panels for built in media servers & Cat5 receivers can be added to create a complete and very attractive
enclosure solution.

Bezels are laser cut to exact exterior specifications and finished in matte, semi-gloss or high gloss ranging from rugged powdercoat to automotive style paint. Our FPR (Finger Print Resistant) coating in silver, black, white or grey is a very popular option. Upgrading to Stainless Steel creates a very impressive look that fits in just about anywhere. A seamless Slip Over Bezel crafted in stainless is pictured below.
Our fabricators meticulously weld, hand grind and file corner seams prior to the finishing process. The completed bezel looks like it was machined out of a solid piece of metal - no ugly mismatched 45⁰corners.
Any size plasma or LCD display can be fitted with a Slip Over Bezel. We offer additional options such as protective screen coverings, branding, laser cut logos and text.
Bezels are fabricated out of the finest cold rolled high-tensile strength steel available.
Our standard 16 gauge (1/16th of an inch) material adds only 1/8th of an inch thickness to the overall display measurement. What this means is your display stays thin and attractive. No appreciable bulk is added with a Digital Factory Slip Over Protective Bezel.
For applications where serious protection is required, such as outdoors or in a public place where the display might be subject to abuse, thicker steel is available. Check out Digital Factory's ruggedized DisplayVault™ system for the ultimate in exterior and interior protection.
If you have special requirements, such as the addition of a hidden camera or audio speakers, Digital Factory has you covered! Our bezels can be extended to completely enclose manufacturer supplied L/R speakers attached to both sides or the bottom of the display. 
We can also mount and cover specialty speakers for point source applications such as those required for retail and museums.
On request, we eliminate IR windows preventing unauthorized use of the display, cover operating controls, and provide wire management to prevent tampering with inputs and power connections.
Logos, Text, Lighting and Wood Accents
Personalize and brand your display with a company logo and/or text. We can silkscreen your artwork directly on the face of the bezel or laser cut through the metal for an impressive look.

Bezel Orders
If we have not worked with your display previously or if it is a new model, to guarantee fit we must obtain CAD files from the manufacturer or measure the display at our design studio.
Digital Factory maintains relationships with most LCD and plasma manufacturers, but if we cannot obtain the CAD files we need, your display needs to be shipped to us for fitup prior to the start of fabrication.
